At Chroma-dxb, we strive to provide high-quality t-shirts and hoodies that you’ll love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7-14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at support@chroma-dxb.com with your order number and issue details.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Send the product back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
  4. Refund/Exchange Processing – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
