Returns & Exchanges
✅ Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7-14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
✅ Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Sale or clearance items.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us – Email our support team at support@chroma-dxb.com with your order number and issue details.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item – Send the product back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
- Refund/Exchange Processing – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
